Swedish Massage:  

This is a more generalized relaxation approach integrating effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, vibration and essential oils.

Pregnancy Massage

This is excellent for both mommy and baby.  This will calm and can even lower blood pressure releasing endorphins that allows a pleasant experience for both mother and child.

I will even include a few techniques for mother and partner to alleviate back discomfort.

Treatment Massage:

This is used primarily to treat chronic conditions especially in conjunction with chiropractic care.  This is not a relaxation massage though that will be the outcome. The therapist will spend time on the specific areas that are causing chronic issues using tapotement, vibrations and other techniques to reduce hypertonicites and increase range of motion while reducing pain.

Energy Work:

Healing energy can be included with any of your sessions.
